About the Artist
I’m a painter based in California, working in heavily textured oil with a palette knife. My practice centers on light, atmosphere, and the physical presence of paint, the way color and surface can hold a sense of place.
I paint landscapes, city scenes, florals, and quiet studies of everyday beauty, returning daily to the studio to build work through layered impasto. The rhythm of painting is central to my life: observation, repetition, and the slow refinement of craft.
My work is collected internationally and held in private collections worldwide. I live and work in the Monterey Bay Area, where the landscape continues to shape what I see and paint.
